Sandy Point Motel is located on the east shore of Long Lake about 2 miles from the village. A modern motel in every respect, each room has a private screened patio with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. All rooms are non smoking, have wireless internet access, two double beds, carpeting, color cable T.V., refrigerator, electric heat, courtesy coffee and most conveniences. The baths all have combination tub and shower.

Most of the rooms have adjoining electric kitchens furnished for light housekeeping for up to 4 persons. These units are ideally suited for those wishing to stay longer than overnight.

Sandy Point has a large safe sandy bathing beach, docks for boating and fishing and picnics tables for barbecuing on the beach.

Registered guests may dock their own boat without charge. Canoe, Kayak, and small motor boats are also available for rent.

Restaurants, churches, tennis courts, basketball courts and stores are nearby.
